Are Napsack baby carriers safe?

All Napsack Baby Carriers have been tested and passed the BS EN 13209. This is the British and European safety standard for baby carriers. Napsack Baby Carriers have also passed the extremely stringent flammability and toxicity testing associated with DS EN 13209. In addition our 100 % cotton twill holds the Oko-Tex 100 certificate.

I am new to this type of baby sling, will I be able to use it correctly?

Each Napsack comes complete with a fully illustrated easy to follow instruction booklet. We also offer a one-to-one sling consultancy service within greater London- please email us for additional information. Please note:The waiting list is approx. 3 weeks

How long are the top straps?

The top straps are now 75 inches in length.

Can I use the Napsack Baby Carrier from birth?

Yes, you can use your Napsack from birth up to to 14.5kg - more details are included in the instruction booklet that is sent out with all orders.

I want a custom Napsack, where shall I send my fabric to?

Within 24 hours of placing your custom order, you will receive an email containing all of the information you need.

How long will I have to wait for my custom order?

Custom orders will usually be made and dispatched within 14 days of receipt of fabric.

Can you source fabric for me?

You will need to source your own fabrics for custom orders.

Can you make my Custom Napsack with <insert other brand of mei tai> style body/straps etc. ?

No.

When will you ship my order for an instock Napsack?

Your order will usually be shipped within two working days.

But I need my Napsack right away!!

UK customers can pay £6.50 extra to have a carrier delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal Mail guarantees that your parcel will arrive the next day. Place your order before 2pm for this service.

I am ordering more than one Napsack, can I get a discount?

Yes, we can combine shipping for multiple orders. This is done automatically at checkout.
